Client Experience and Key Markets
- Clients: NHS (Coventry), ASDA (Newcastle Upon Tyne), Cewe Colours (Leamington Spa), ACE (London), McAtamney & Co. (Glasgow) and others.
- Occupational demands of clients: Finance/Statistics (NHS), English language training to overseas management trainee (ASDA), German language training (Cewe Colours), Maths training (McAtamneys, Glasgow), EFL (ACE), etc.
- In each instance, tutors with the relevant experience were assigned to firms, arrangements made with management to suit individual circumstances, and thereafter training programmes followed. In the case of Cewe Colours, trading with Germany, an ICUT languages specialist gave weekly German grammar tutorials to the company’s Deputy Managing Director. The Coventry NHS office needed training with statistics and probability planning, which was provided onsite over the course of a week to three key management figures by an ICUT tutor with a Financial-Statistics Masters degree from the University of Birmingham. English as a Foreign Language (EFL) training was provided to Arab police officers from UAE by well qualified ICUT tutors in London and Northern Ireland throughout the summer months of 2008.
- Currently ICUT is delivering a training programme for a Sheffield Accountants firm whose trainee staff are preparing for the Institute Chartered exams. Tutors are suitably qualified and experienced, while the classes are staged at weekends at the company’s offices in Sheffield City Centre.
- By being flexible with working hours and delivering training with the priority of adjusting to the practical needs of each client, ICUT has kept costs down, while also winning the satisfaction of our growing range of customers. ICUT is available to offer post-training, further consultation, and provide tutors for repeat programmes. We also provide training packs which are tailor-made to suit the needs of each firm.
- Key Markets: ICT, Business Management, Finance/Accountancy, Modern European Languages, Asian Languages, EFL, Maths, Statistics, Sciences etc. We cover all areas of the UK and increasingly abroad in UAE and Europe.
